To increase security and setup group ID's, business customers are asked to register for UtiliGraph. To register, open UtiliGraph, select Register, complete and send in your registration form. A Tacoma Public Utilities representative will call you to confirm your request and to ensure that you can identify and group your accounts. After verifying your account groups, the representive will assign you a group ID and a password. When you have your password, enter your Group ID in the log-on space. Click on the Continue button. The page for entering your password will be displayed.
