Data in UtiliGraph is only current up to October 31, 2003 due to a
change in our main computer system.
Effective November 3, 2003, you will need to access current data from our
new online service,
www.TacomaServices.org
. The
graphs there provide the most current data but do not have all the graphs and
historical data as in UtiliGraph. Therefore, UtiliGraph will still be available
but will not have current data after October 31, 2003.
New graph features at
www.TacomaServices.org include:
· Pie chart and tabular overview of
current bill broken down by type of service
· Bar
graph of electricity billed in dollars
· Bar graph of water billed in
dollars
· Bar graph of electricity
consumption in kilowatt hours
· Bar graph of water consumption in
CCF (100 cubic feet or 748 gallons of water)
All Tacoma Public Utilities customers have a new account number effective
November 3, 2003. You will need to use your new account number to access
information online at
www.TacomaServices.org .
